Congratulations your Majesty...

Parkgate Road, Battersea SW11...

What a weekend and what a sight London is right now with bunting and literally thousands of Union Jacks flying high in celebration of the Diamond Jubilee.

I found this rather new looking 'Wandsworth' wooden bollard (above) on Parkgate Road Battersea SW11 outside a local shop where some small Union Jacks had been attached and it just mad me smile.

On Friday morning I happened to be in central London where I took the picture of The Mall SW1 (below) doesn't it look beautiful when looking down towards Queen Victoria's Memorial/Buckingham Palace.
